• Travel insurance - We suggest to all our guest to purchase a travel insurance that can help you in a several cases, make sure your travel insurance cover you in case of: flight cancellation, accommodation cancelled by hurricanes or other disasters, accidents and illness.
• Time Zone(Tulum) – Tulum as all Quintana roo state have a different time zone from the center of the country, we recommend approach to the reception to know the exact time.
• Check in / Check out – Check in time is at 15:00 as the check out time is at 12:00, we count with luggage storage free of cost in case a late flight and need to stay at the hotel for more time.

• Money -In Tulum the most common form of payment is cash (dollar or mexican pesos) we always recommend to our guest carry smaller denomination bills to pay in any place, there’s several ATM’s alongthe beach road and in town, we advise to not use the one in the beach road for any fraud and better use the one are located intown who are affiliated with actual Banks located in town.
• Restaurants and credit cards – Tulum Had a lot of good restaurants with differents styles, approach to the reception to had any suggestions, nearly any restaurant on the beach área accept credit cards that why we always recommend carry cash.
Cancellation and reservation policies.
In high season is required a 5 nights minimum stay.
50% of the total stay amount is required to book the room (bank transfer, credit card or pay pal) the remaining balance has to be pay at the moment of the check in.
• Cancellations received 60 days prior the arrival day, all the deposit will be refund less $30.00 usd for administration cost. (Exam: Deposit: $600.00 usd reimbursed $570.00 usd)
• Cancellation received between 60 and 30 days prior the arrival day, 50% of the deposit will be refund less $30.00 usd for administration cost. (Exam: Deposit: $600.00 usd reimbursed $270.00 usd
• Cancellation received between 30 and 7 days prior the arrival day, 25% of the deposit will be refund less $30.00 usd for administration cost.(Exam. Deposit: $600.00 usd reimbursed: $120.00 usd)
• Cancellation received in the 7 days before the arrival the full amount of the stay will be covered. In case of NO SHOW, the FULL amount of the stay will be covered.
• Cancellation policies doesn´t apply in the next seasons, Christmas, New year’s and Easter or rates with discount.
• In case of no show or early check out the total of the reservation will be charge and there will be no refund.
• One night only booking the total payment is required.
• All non-refundable rates will be collected in full upon booking.
